– How to calculate the number of steps？(Please note)
Pedometer functioin is calculated based on the swing of the arm, so please note that if you sit still and then wave your arms, the watch will still calculate the number of steps.
– Why doesn’t my HL3 start?
1.The BW-HL3 needs to be connected to the charger for the first time use.
2.If your BW-HL3 battery runs out, you need to charge it for a while before trying to activate your watch.
3.Try to activate your BW-HL3 by pressing the screen for a long time.– Why my HL3 doesn’t charge successfully？
1.Please make sure your charger is 5V/1A. If the current is too high, the watch would into the automatic protection of the state.
2.Please confirm that the charging cable is well attached to the charging position on the back cover of your BW-HL3.
3.If your BW-HL3 still can’t be charge successfully, please contact our customer services right away. Please click the customer service.– Why is there no charging cable in my package I received?

As advertised, good quality watch faces, lettering font not so good. In general it is a very god watch. It has some limitations, but for the price i cannot complain. The only thing i wished it could do and doesn’t, or i couidn’t configure is to paired it with the Samsung health app and Google Fit.
